On the afternoon of February 19, Hoa Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce decisions on retirement and pension benefits for leaders and commanders.
During this retirement period, a total of 26 leaders and commanders received decisions to retire from work, including 8 Department Heads, 3 District Police Heads, 11 Deputy Department Heads, 3 District Police Deputy Heads and 1 Head of the Provincial Police Women's Committee.
After announcing the decision, the leaders of the Provincial Police presented flowers, congratulated, and expressed gratitude for the contributions and dedication of these key leaders throughout their work.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Do Thanh Binh expressed his appreciation and acknowledged the efforts and contributions of comrades on leave of absence in the cause of protecting security and order, and emphasized the important role of arranging the apparatus to serve the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.
He also believes that even though the officers have retired, they will continue to promote the good qualities of the People's Public Security force, maintain relationships with teammates, share experiences and contribute to movements to protect national security and develop the locality.

On behalf of the retired officers this time, Colonel Tran Manh Hai, Head of the Criminal Police Department, expressed his gratitude for the attention of the provincial police leaders.
The Head of the Criminal Police Department also expressed that during his work in the People's Public Security force, he and his teammates have experienced many ups and downs, challenges and unforgettable moments.
At the same time, the leader said that he and other key volunteer cadres who retired before the age were truly proud to have contributed a small part to the cause of protecting national security and social order and safety.
Memories of broken cases, arrested criminals and small, innocent people who are forever protected are valuable luggage in the lives of each officer and soldier.
"I also commit to continue to contribute experience, actively participate in the activities of the People's Public Security Veterans Association, and support the work of maintaining security and order in the locality" - said the Police Colonel.
