At the Conference, Mr. Chu Dinh Ngu - Head of the Organization Committee of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on approving the Secretary of Van Yen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Accordingly, Mr. Ha Duc Anh - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Van Yen district was approved to hold the position of Secretary of the Van Yen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Presenting the decision and congratulating the new Secretary of Van Yen District Party Committee, Yen Bai Provincial Party Secretary Tran Huy Tuan assessed Mr. Ha Duc Anh as a cadre with political courage, good moral qualities, capacity, qualifications, and well-trained; matured from the grassroots with over 35 years of training and growing up right in Van Yen land.
In particular, since the beginning of the term, in his position as Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Committee, Mr. Ha Duc Anh, together with the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, has led and directed Van Yen to reach the new rural district finish line in 2024, completing 1 year ahead of the Resolution of the District Party Congress and the 19th Provincial Party Congress.
In his new position as head of the district Party Committee, Yen Bai Provincial Party Secretary Tran Huy Tuan asked Mr. Ha Duc Anh to continue to promote his capacity, strengths and knowledge accumulated during his years of working in the locality, quickly approach and immediately get to work.
In the immediate future, Van Yen district needs to focus on leading and directing the completion of organizational arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Steering Committee for Summarizing Resolution 18 of the province and speeding up the preparation of conditions for organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
Previously, on January 21, 2025, Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Luyen Huu Chung, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Van Yen district to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.
