On May 13, the consortium of insurers, headed by Bao Viet Insurance Corporation, officially signed a Principal Contract for providing insurance services for all projects of Nhat Hai New Technology Joint Stock Company - OICNEW for the period 2026 - 2036 with a total estimated investment of over 2 billion USD. The event marked an important step forward in strategic cooperation between the parties, towards the goal of accompanying the sustainable development of Vietnam's high-tech and healthcare industries.
Under the agreement, the Insurance Joint Venture (BV-PVI-BS-BSH-TASCO) will deploy insurance programs according to the characteristics of ONNNEW-Pioneering Science and Technology Enterprise in the application of nanotechnology into medicine, health and the environment. Insurance contents will cover assets, responsibilities, personnel insurance to technological risk insurance in the process of research, production and commercialization of nano products and single -line antibodies. In addition, the Insurance Joint Venture is also committed to accompanying OIC new in cancer treatment projects as well as advanced cancer resorts invested by OIC New or in the joint venture.
