BIC is currently one of the top 5 non-life insurance companies in terms of market share and ranked in the top 3 non-life insurers with the highest profitability ratio in the market. In the context of the non-life insurance market in the first 6 months of the year still facing many difficulties, BIC's total insurance premium revenue still reached nearly 2,700 billion VND, growing approximately 15% over the same period last year.
Of which, original insurance premium revenue reached nearly 2,600 billion VND, growing about 15%. Total consolidated pre-tax profit in the first 6 months of 2024 reached nearly 370 billion VND, growing approximately 40% compared to the same period in 2023. In the first 6 months of the year, BIC has continuously improved customer care and food delivery.
