At the Forum, speakers and experts provided an overview of the situation of attracting FDI into Vietnam and policy orientations to attract high-quality FDI in the coming time for Vinh Phuc province; presented the context and policy orientations and State support for the development of green industrial parks and ecological industrial parks in Vietnam to welcome new investment waves; clarified opportunities and challenges for Vietnam in the process of greening industrial parks; proposed green financial solutions for Vinh Phuc industrial parks to develop sustainably and attract high-quality investment; shared solutions on green growth, carbon emission reduction - international experience and solutions for Vinh Phuc province.
Speaking at the forum, Mr. Tran Kieu Hung - Director of Foreign Corporate Clients, BIDV - presented BIDV's comprehensive solutions for industrial parks and entities in industrial parks. In particular, he introduced international standards on Sustainable Loan Framework, green bonds, and green building certificates according to practice, demonstrating BIDV's pioneering role in sustainable development.
At the same time, through a number of recommendations to functional agencies, ministries and local authorities, BIDV also expressed its commitment to accompanying industrial park investors and leasing/purchasing partners in industrial parks.
Through participating in activities to promote cooperation between investors and industrial parks, BIDV demonstrates an important role in accompanying local authorities and international investors in promoting investment, especially towards developing industrial parks in a sustainable and green direction.
