The program is within the framework of the Education Development Support Project funded by the DB Kim Jun Ki Cultural Foundation, DBI Korea Insurance Company and Saigon - Hanoi Insurance Corporation (BSH), to recognize academic achievements, and at the same time support students to access more learning opportunities and improve skills.
Recently, the fund awarded 45 scholarships to students from 9 universities under VECOMNET, including: Vietnam National University of Agriculture, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, University of Water Resources, Hanoi Open University, Academy of Policy and Development, University of Mining and Geology, Hanoi University of Textile and Garment Industry, Banking Academy and University of Transport Technology.

Each school receives 5 scholarships, with a total value of 360 million VND. Each scholarship includes 3 million VND in cash along with a course and practical software worth 5 million VND, helping students supplement knowledge and improve practical skills.
According to a representative of the organizing committee, the program not only provides financial support but also aims to encourage the spirit of learning, while spreading the value of sharing in the community.

DB Kim Jun Ki Culture Fund, is an organization in charge of social activities of DB Group (Korea), established in 1988. In the past 10 years, the fund has implemented many education support programs in Vietnam, focusing on scholarships, education and research support, with the philosophy "The sustainable sponsorship for dream big" - Sustainable sponsorship for big dreams.

Currently, the DB Kim Jun Ki Fund and DBI Korea Insurance Company are implementing an education support project in many localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen and Hai Duong, with a total scholarship value of about 130 million won (equivalent to about 2.6 billion VND).
BSH representatives said that investing in education and the young generation is part of the business's sustainable development strategy. In March 2026, the scholarship program sponsored by DB Kim Jun Ki Fund and DBI, with the companionship of BSH and VECOM, will continue to be implemented in many universities across the country.
