According to the General Statistics Office, in Vietnam, the rate of trained workers with degrees increased to 29.1% in the second quarter of 2025, showing progress in labor productivity and national competitiveness.

Un missed experience at the recruitment festival
Not only introducing diverse job positions, LOTTE Global Job Fair in Vietnam also creates opportunities for direct exchanges with business representatives, learning about working culture and development roadmap at one of the top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam for many consecutive years announced by Anphabe. The event took place in two sessions on the Morning and Afternoon of August 22, 2025, with exchanges and consultations with experts, giving candidates the opportunity to access deeper into career opportunities at LOTTE.
Here, candidates will directly participate in simulated interviews with recruitment representatives, thereby improving their skills and confidence before entering the official recruitment round.
