Lam Dong aluminum One Member Co., Ltd. - TKV said that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Company's Trade Union promoted its role as a bridge between employees and the Company's Board of Directors, accompanying the same profession in performing production - business tasks as well as taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members.
Despite many difficulties due to fluctuations in the alumina market, production activities are still maintained stably, creating jobs and stable income for more than 1,300 direct workers. The average income of employees is 17.9 million VND/person/month, demonstrating the great efforts of the Union and the Company's Board of Directors in ensuring the rights and lives of employees.
In addition, social security work has been widely implemented by the Company's Trade Union, with clear humanitarian nature. A series of practical activities were organized such as visiting and giving gifts to sick workers, disadvantaged families, supporting "Union Shelters", organizing resort programs, union meals... with a total social security cost in the past 6 months of nearly 1.3 billion VND.
These are not just numbers, but are proof of the close concern of the Trade Union for each union member's situation, contributing to creating solidarity and trust among workers in the trade union organization.

The emulation movement among workers and civil servants continues to be strongly maintained, especially the 9-day and night emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate the Company's Party Congress. Sports and artistic activities, the Excellent Safety and Hygiene Competition, dissemination of labor laws, occupational safety and hygiene... contribute to creating an exciting atmosphere throughout the Company.
The Company's Trade Union also held a regular dialogue conference for the first 6 months of 2025. The dialogue conference took place in a frank and democratic atmosphere. Many opinions and recommendations from workers were raised, focusing on issues such as improving working conditions in some workshops, policies related to wages, benefits, labor protection, as well as proposals to improve the quality of shift meals, working environment and occupational safety and hygiene.
The Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union listened to and acknowledged all opinions, and pledged to coordinate in resolving each specific problem to create the best working conditions for employees, continue to stabilize production and develop sustainably in the coming time.
