The mark of a pioneering enterprise in transparent milk market
How do you evaluate the significance of the " Glory of Vietnam" award that TH Group has just received?
For us, this is an extremely meaningful recognition, not only an affirmation of growth in business results but also of the spirit of innovation, perseverance in serving the community and the aspiration to rise up of a group of tens of thousands of people, not only in Vietnam, but also reaching international levels. Currently, TH has inaugurated a clean fresh milk processing factory in the Russian Federation, closing the value chain "from green grass to clean milk glasses", bringing TH branded products to Russian consumers with a methodical, serious investment strategy and from the hands of workers of Russia and Vietnam. Along with the projects that have caused a huge stir abroad, a typical example is a large-scale agricultural investment project in Australia with three beef farms in the North and West of Australia. This is also the motivation for TH to continue the path it has chosen - the path in which kindness and transparency are always put first.

In 2009, the Vietnamese milk market still had many shortcomings in product labeling and milk quality. What made TH so committed?
When TH entered the market, more than 90% of liquid milk products were actually whole milk - that is, milk mixed from powdered milk. Consumers do not have enough information to distinguish between whole milk and fresh milk. When launching a sustainable high-tech agricultural production chain, from growing grass, raising dairy cows, processing fresh milk, to launching the TH true MILK brand, we have a belief that: transparency is the foundation of trust. Therefore, TH has persistently fought to ensure that the concepts of fresh milk and whole milk must be called correctly and labelled correctly. This transparency not only helps protect consumers, but also paves the way for the Vietnamese milk industry to develop towards international standards and approaches.
And reality has proven that the clean milk path TH chose is correct. The participation of TH Group has contributed to reducing the proportion of whole milk products in Vietnam from behind behind to 32.3% in 2024. Currently, TH has become a market leader in the fresh milk segment with a market share of nearly 52%.
From a glass of school milk to the journey "For Vietnamese stature"

One of TH's aspirations is "For Vietnamese stature". Can you please share more specifically about this orientation?
TH Group, under the leadership of Founder - Labor Hero Thai Huong, has followed the sustainable development philosophy and aspired to "For the stature of Vietnam" since its inception. For us, a glass of milk is not only a nutritional product, but also a foundation for physical and intellectual development for future generations.
From that aspiration, TH is the initiator of the National School Milk Program - a strategic program that contributes to improving nutrition, stature, and physical strength for golden-aged children in development. At the same time, we coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health and domestic and international experts to implement the school meal model, integrate reasonable nutrition and increase physical activity. The scoring model has been exploited throughout the 2020-2021 school year and its results have provided an important practical basis for building school nutrition laws. This model has proven effective in improving nutrition and health for students, while contributing to the foundation for developing more specific, synchronous and effective legal regulations in the field of school nutrition.
What results have been recorded from this model, sir?
In the 2020 - 2021 school year, the model was deployed at 10 schools in 5 diverse ecological regions representing different regions and areas across the country. Here, whole milk is included in the daily diet, combined with more than 400 scientific menus - built in the direction of using local natural foods. After a year, at least 95% of preschool and primary school students participated in meeting the physical standards according to the program's assessment. These are very impressive numbers.
Resolutely on the journey to serve the community
In addition to education and nutrition, TH also has many other social security activities. Is that part of a long-term strategy?
Thus, TH Group has developed a Sustainable Development Policy including 6 main pillars: Nutrition and Health, Environment, Education, Humanity, Community, Animal Welfare. For us, sustainable development is not only about environmental protection or the application of modern technologies - but must be associated with deep social responsibility. To date, TH Group has created more than 10,000 direct jobs, and hundreds of thousands of indirect opportunities in project areas. TH Group currently has 2 units ( TH Milk Joint Stock Company and Nui Tien Purified Water Company Limited) certified as "Carbon Neutral" according to past 2060:2014 standards, and is among the first units to achieve carbon neutrality in Vietnam to be assessed and certified by Control Union.

Over the past 15 years, we have persistently contributed thousands of billions of VND to social security programs, from supporting natural disaster recovery, fighting epidemics to accompanying health care and community education campaigns. All stem from one value that we still pursue: Community support.
After a journey of more than 15 years and being once again honored at " Glory of Vietnam", how will you and TH continue that journey?
We're not going to stop. TH will continue to expand the green - circular agricultural ecosystem, steadfastly following the sustainable development orientation from the first day of pioneering in the application of high technology, while maintaining the mission "For the stature of Vietnam". Currently, TH is constantly innovating and creating by continuously researching and launching products that are good for health, reducing or not adding refined sugar, contributing to limiting chronic non-communicable diseases of the times - typically diabetes. We believe that: when businesses put their trust in the community, the community will put their trust in the brand.
