Experience, innovate and be creative

One of TH Group's achievements that strongly marks the Vietnam Glory Voting Council is Innovation in production and business, associated with green development goals and a circular economy.

TH Group is highly appreciated for its business achievements and innovation. In the dairy industry, TH Group is considered a pioneer in the Vietnam clean milk revolution, leading the market share of fresh milk with 51.9%. TH contributed significantly to creating fundamental changes in the dairy industry: reducing the rate of mixed-use starch from behind behind to over 34% at present.

Despite owning a world-class line of machinery and equipment, TH always promotes a constantly creative working environment, to encourage staff to optimize and invent operating machinery systems that are superior to those imported from the US or Europe.

Appearing at the Vinh Quang Vietnam Awards Ceremony 2025, Mr. Dau Hoang Linh - Equipment Engineering Department, TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company, said: "My department at the company has many initiatives. The most prominent is the initiative of automatic corn and straw grinding lines".

According to Mr. Linh, at the end of 2018, the production of feed for TH dairy cows faced a challenge: 9 modern machines imported from the US costing up to 1.8 billion VND were used to reduce, crush corn and straw and were still operating at full capacity. However, the total capacity of that machine was only 1.5 thousand tons/day. The units held an urgent meeting and proposed to buy 4 more corn miners. The Equipment Engineering Department has proposed research and self-made solutions. In January 2019, about a month later, the first "made by TH" corn grinder was released and immediately showed its effectiveness: The capacity reached double that of imported equipment from abroad. However, it does not stop there, after many improvements, the current capacity of the machine is three times, reaching 45 tons/hour.

Also appearing in the program, Mr. Thai Binh Duong - Head of TH Milk Factory Improvement Department is the owner of many Improvement initiatives. The initiative and improvement that brings the highest value to TH is the robot system that automatically collects bags and packages the Line 11 line at the factory. When this technology was not available, workers had to take turns loading milk bags into the bins, each shift costing about 6 people. If divided into 3 shifts a day, the total would need 18 people. And it is clear that manual labor has many limitations such as low speed, the possibility of errors in the production process. When applying the robotics system we designed, we saved 11.6 billion in the first year. The following years were more than 2.3 billion. This cost is calculated based on the reduction in labor and production costs.

The automatic robot removal solution is also an initiative that brings the Pacific Ocean to many awards, including the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award - WIPO 2022. Duong's contributions also helped him be honored as the 15th National "Excellent Young Skiller" in 2025.

Ms. Nhi said she feels happy at TH for many reasons such as the company's brand, work experience, leaders and especially the welfare regime. In addition to working hours, Ms. Nhi and other women at Dairy Farm No. 4 were also given the opportunity to participate in club sports activities such as volleyball, football, and badminton. Every year, the company also organizes team building activities for departments, team connection, enhancing exchanges and solidarity among workers.

Over the years, in addition to business development activities, TH Group has always actively participated in and sponsored charity programs across the country.
