Workshop "Shining style" - learn to be confident, beautiful to succeed
The opening of the event series is the Workshop on basic makeup skills, taking place on the afternoon of October 17, 2025 with the support of makeup artist Master Hieu virus.
Under the dedicated guidance of experts, female CIC staff acquired basic knowledge of office makeup, grasped quick makeup techniques in just 8 minutes to both save time and create a confident and professional look. Female officers are allowed to practice "practic" background makeup techniques, combine eye - lip - cheek color, and choose a style that suits each face and working environment.
But more than a skill training course, the workshop is a journey to empower confident women in the office because behind each touch, each color is a message of self-respect, sophistication and self-confidence - what helps women be more confident at work, soft in communication and always radiant in the midst of a bustling life.
That is also the consistent message that the CIC Women's Union wishes to send: When women know how to love and care for themselves, they will shine in their own way - gentle but durable, simple and brilliant.
"Shining style" contest - where beauty blends with courage
Continuing the vibrant and exciting atmosphere, on October 20, 2025, the Makeup Contest "Shining style" really became the highlight of the series of activities.
The teams representing the Womens Union brought creative, sophisticated and professional performances. During the 60 minutes of performance and the stage performance, each team not only demonstrated makeup techniques but also conveyed the style of "Future - Confidence - Professional" - three qualities that make up the identity of CIC women.
Taking on the role of professional judge, Master Hieu virus highly appreciated the skill and learning spirit of the contestants: "I see in CIC women not only the spirit of working in a professional group, good makeup skills, but also their own sophistication and style - something that any modern woman needs to have".
The contest is not simply a beauty contest, but a stage for the intellectual beauty and team spirit to shine together. The catwalks, presentations and moments of announcing the awards for direct voting by the audience via Google Form made the atmosphere in the hall filled with excitement - a testament to the spreading of joy, confidence and sharing.
With careful investment, professional organization and profound humanitarian meaning, "Shining style" has become a beautiful mark in CIC's series of activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day.
