- Subjects and scope of training: Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 as prescribed in Decree 44/2016/ND-CP, Decree 140/2018/ND-CP and tasks in Circular 06/2020/TT-BLĐTBXH and occupational safety and health trainers according to Circular 31/2018/TT-BLĐTBXH.
Specifically, Group 1: Managers in charge of occupational safety and health. The content focuses on policies and laws; management organization; responsibilities of employers; risk identification, assessment and control; incident management, accidents and emergency response.
Group 2: People working in occupational safety and health. Content includes law; organizational and management nghiệp vụ; risk assessment; building safe working procedures and measures; on-site inspection; equipment management with strict requirements; accident investigation; professional practice.
Group 3: Workers doing work with strict requirements for occupational safety and health. The program is designed according to the work, machinery, equipment, materials, chemicals, technology and actual risks; including theory, practice, inspection and issuance of safety cards when required.
Group 4: Workers not belonging to Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 and Group 5. Content includes general knowledge, regulations, procedures, hazards at the workplace, preventive measures, personal protection means and emergency handling.
Group 5: Health workers at labor establishments. Content includes health management of workers; occupational diseases; occupational hygiene; first aid, emergency; organization of forces and medical equipment at the workplace.
Group 6: Safety, sanitation workers. Content includes rights and obligations; methods of monitoring, detecting and reporting risks; proposing remedial measures; coordinating with employers, trade unions and safety departments.
Duration, detailed content, periodic training cycle, retraining, trainer standards, forms of inspection and types of post-training documents are applied according to the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP, amended and supplemented documents and current specialized regulations.
The official time to expand training service provision is from September 19, 2026.
