When entering the workshop, we always determine that we must first comply. From helmets, shirts, pants, and protective shoes, everything must be complete. This does not require the manager to remind or fine us to do it" - Mr. Tuan Anh said.
From that reality, the Labor Federations of localities regularly coordinate to organize conferences and training programs to raise awareness about environmental protection and occupational safety and health for grassroots trade union officials and teams working on occupational safety and health at enterprises.
Knowledge and skills from training programs are applied by trade union officials and officials working in occupational safety and health at enterprises, thereby contributing to raising the awareness of compliance of workers.
