Previously, on March 14, 2025, the Department of Construction of Lao Cai province sent a notice of the results of the appraisal of the selling price (temporary) of social housing in buildings N01-A, N01-B of the project: Social housing in the residential area adjacent to extended B6 road, Bac Lenh ward, Lao Cai city so that the investor can know and organize implementation according to the provisions of law. The provisional selling price is applied to 638 apartments, with an area of 49.9 - 76.9m2.
The Golden Square Lao Cai social housing project is invested by the Joint Venture of Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company and Foodinco Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company (a member unit under Alphanam Group), located in a residential area adjacent to the extended B6 road, Bac Lenh ward, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province.
With a scale of more than 42 hectares, the project consists of 4 buildings from 18 to 23 floors, a total of 2,189 apartments, a total investment of VND 2,085 billion, and a population of about 5,589 people. The project implementation progress is from 2024 to 2029, in which phase 1 will implement the construction of 2 buildings N01-A and N01-B, expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
