On August 23, in Vinh Thanh commune, Can Tho City, DHG Pharma in coordination with the Can Tho City Department of Health, Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Can Tho City, Youth Committee of Can Tho City Police, organized a health care program for more than 1000 people, with the companionship of AloBacsi and Daisy Media.
Taking care of health with practical actions
On August 23, 2026, in Vinh Thanh commune, about 60 km from the center of Can Tho City, more than 1,000 people were examined, consulted on health and provided with free medicine in a program organized by DHG Pharma in coordination with the Can Tho City Department of Health, Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Can Tho City, Youth Committee of Can Tho City Police, with the companionship of AloBacsi and Daisy Media. During the examination day, more than 700 adults and more than 300 children were examined by more than 50 doctors, nurses, and pharmacists; and at the same time, 202 electrocardiograms, 223 ultrasounds, and 102 X-rays were performed. On this occasion, DHG Pharma prepared nearly 50 essential medicines, and together with units, presented 10 special gifts and 1,000 social security gifts to people.
Through examination, doctors noted that in adults, mainly high blood pressure, diabetes, musculoskeletal diseases, besides atopic dermatitis, stomach diseases; in children, nutritional malnutrition and oral problems are prominent. Electrocardiogram, ultrasound and X-ray also help detect 3 cases of epistolic ablation, 2 cases suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis, 1 case of stage 5 chronic kidney failure, 1 case of kidney deficiency syndrome and some kidney stones. Cases that need further treatment are consulted by doctors, drug support and connected with local health stations for monitoring after the program.
Mr. Pham Thanh Son - Vice Chairman of Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee highly appreciated the practical significance of the program when it helps people to be examined, diagnosed promptly and access necessary health advice. Agreeing with this view, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Ba Rang - Deputy Head of the Political Work Department, Can Tho City Police emphasized the value of sharing and the spirit of community that the program brings.

28 programs - more than 15,000 people have access to healthcare
