Accelerate international expansion
According to the Foreign Investment Agency (Ministry of Finance), in the first half of 2026, Vietnamese businesses invested over 1.2 billion USD abroad, nearly 2.5 times higher than the same period in 2025. Among the 33 countries and territories receiving capital, Laos leads, followed by Cambodia and Kyrgyzstan.
This trend takes place in the context of the Ministry of Industry and Trade implementing the "Go Global - Reaching out to the international market in the period 2026-2035" Program, aiming to develop 1,000 businesses with global competitiveness.
UOB's research also shows that international expansion demand is increasing. 7/10 surveyed businesses have expanded their operations abroad in 2025; 80% expect to invest abroad in the next 1-2 years, with an average scale of about 28 million USD.
Experts believe that the success of businesses competing fairly in foreign countries will contribute to enhancing the prestige of Vietnamese goods, services and its economic position in the international arena.
Realizing Vietnamese values in new lands
Responding to the Government's Go Global policy and programs to promote reaching out to the international market implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, many domestic corporations are proactively expanding their investment areas.
In the Go Global journey, a question is raised: what will Vietnamese businesses bring to new lands? The answer lies not only in capital sources. It is also project development capacity, management and operation, ability to adapt to new problems and create practical value for the local community.
ROX Group's journey in more than 10 countries shows such an approach. As in Kyrgyzstan, the "All in One" Royal Central Park megacity in Bishkek is developed by ROX Living Global. The project has a scale of 53.5 ha, with a total estimated investment of 2.5 to 3.5 billion USD. After being put into operation, the project will actively contribute to infrastructure to improve the quality of life for people and create a new growth pole for the host country's capital.

In the energy sector, ROX Energy Global is a development partner of investor RECA LLC at the ROX Issyk-Kul Solar Farm project. Phase 1 of the project with a total investment of 130 million USD was completed miraculously in just 8 months. In June 2026, the project successfully connected to the grid, contributing to ensuring national energy security, while enhancing Kyrgyzstan's position on the world renewable energy map. When completed, ROX Issyk-Kul Solar Farm is expected to reach a capacity threshold of 1,900 MWp.

In parallel with business, ROX Group also actively invests in social security, education, human development and infrastructure planning in the locality.
Connecting through culture
When investing abroad, businesses actually enter a new cultural space. Besides business capacity, cultural bridges connect businesses with the local community are needed.
Understanding that, in Kyrgyzstan, ROX Group and its member units are gradually creating cultural touch points in the urban spaces they develop.
At Royal Central Park, public spaces and community activities are focused on developing as part of urban life. From 2025, art programs, water music, lighting, and fireworks will continuously take place here on weekends and major holidays.
In the center of Bishkek, ROX Center has become a cultural rendezvous, connecting the local community, business circles and overseas Vietnamese, promoting business and cooperation meetings.

In the near future, the Group will accompany the World Nomad Games 2026 as the official sponsor. Next, ROX Group will also participate in a series of cultural exchange programs with diplomacy, where national memories are engraved in the heart of Kyrgyzstan.
The opening is the inauguration ceremony of the statue of President Ho Chi Minh at the square named after him, in Royal Central Park on August 31. Also on this day, the Deputy Prime Minister will meet overseas Vietnamese at ROX Center. The series of activities closes on September 1 with a music festival at Royal Central Park with the participation of high-level leaders of the two countries.
From a urban area in the heart of Bishkek to a solar field in Issyk-Kul, from the Nomadic Olympics stage to the square named after Uncle Ho - ROX Group's journey in Kyrgyzstan shows that Vietnamese businesses today step out into the world not only with investment capital, but with creative capacity and understanding of local culture.
As more and more Vietnamese brands make their mark on the world map, the Go Global story is no longer an action program, but is opening up a path to bring Vietnamese values further, affirming Vietnamese intelligence and stature in the international arena.
