But what surprises many people is that this store is meticulously designed from space to interior equipment like a miniature banking transaction room (PGD). F88 representative said that this design will be applied to all new stores opened nationwide from July 2025.
It is known that this new store will focus on 3 products and services that are considered a focus including providing loans by car registration, providing personal insurance products and distributing basic retail banking services of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB). The representative of the unit said that launching a store model as a miniature banking PGD and focusing on distributing personal banking services is an important transformation of F88, aiming to turn the system of nearly 900 stores into a bank agent point.
According to this representative, in the near future, if customers need to open an account, identify an account, deposit/ withdraw money, pay bills, etc., they can go to any nearest F88 store instead of go to traditional bank deposits. This will bring 3 benefits to customers. They will not have to travel too far because the F88 store system is widely distributed, nor will they have to wait too long as when trading at traditional PGDs and finally F88 operates until 19:00 every day while traditional PGDs usually stop receiving customers at 17:00.
Customers who do not use or are not eligible to use the MB digital banking application, are limited by working hours, are often late or are used to transacting directly in the style of seeing, hand-to-hand will benefit from this cooperation, shared a representative of F88. "It is expected that in 2025, the two sides will implement many other cooperation items, focusing on F88 providing alternative loans to customers introduced by MB".
"This financial store No. 888 is a milestone marking F88's efforts to develop and expand the unceasing system for 5 consecutive years. It is expected that by 2026, F88 will own 1,000 stores nationwide. In the last 6 months of 2025, we focus on developing new products and services and optimizing the operations of existing stores. The biggest goal is to become an extension of financial institutions and banks in providing diverse financial services to customers, especially those who do not meet banking standards," F88 representative shared about the development plan in the coming time.
