Two projects including Hope 458 bridge, also known as Kenh Cha bridge, and Hope 465 bridge, have just been started in Nhon Hoa Lap commune.
According to the design, the two bridges are 24 m long and 29 m long, both 3.5 m wide. The total construction cost is 1.14 billion VND, of which the FPT Community Fund contributed 240 million VND.
From FPT salaries to community projects
The FPT Community Fund was established in 2014, mainly from the voluntary contributions of officials and employees through the program "Contributing one day's salary". The fund is used for community support activities and support for officials, employees, and relatives when facing difficulties.
In 2026, as of April 30, 93% of FPT employees participated in contributing to the FPT Community Fund, creating resources of more than 23.7 billion VND, excluding contributions from employees at branches abroad.
Not only limited to one day's salary, some employees choose to contribute more. According to FPT, some people contribute more than three days' salary, even one month's salary.
Resources from the Fund are used for many activities such as building schools, people's bridges, developing e-bookstores, improving school hygiene conditions and supporting difficult circumstances.
In Tay Ninh, 240 million VND from the FPT Community Fund is part of the resources participating in the construction of the two Bridges of Hope 458 and 465.
Also on this occasion, the working delegation also visited Hy Vong 451 bridge in Tay Ninh province. The project is entering the completion phase and is expected to be put into use soon.
20 Hope Bridges from FPT people's contributions in 7 months
Hope Bridge is a program implemented by the Hope Fund. The Hope Fund is operated by FPT and VnExpress, aiming to implement projects serving the community in many localities.
According to FPT data announced on August 4, 2026, with two bridges just started in Tay Ninh, the Hope Fund has deployed 465 Hope bridges nationwide.
In the first 7 months of 2026, 24 Hope bridges were started, of which 20 bridges used contributions from FPT people.
The Hope bridge projects aim to improve rural traffic connectivity, creating more favorable conditions for learning, labor and economic development in riverine localities.
The contribution of 240 million VND in Tay Ninh is therefore part of a series of community activities formed from the joint efforts of FPT people. From the annual contribution resources, the money is converted into specific projects, serving the essential needs of the community.
