Holding a series of 12 consecutive years of organization, the Vietnam PropertyGuru 2026 Real Estate Awards will continue to honor outstanding real estate projects and businesses at the award ceremony on October 16, 2026. Outstanding winning units will represent Vietnam to participate in the final round of the PropertyGuru Asian Real Estate Awards in Bangkok in December, competing with leading investors in the region.

New award categories
To reflect the market's recovery and adaptation capacity, the 12th Vietnam PropertyGuru Real Estate Awards introduces a number of new award categories, including Excellent Apartment Developer, Excellent Housing Developer, Excellent First House Project, Excellent Healthcare Resort Project and Excellent Factory/Warehousing Project.
In addition, the list of awards is also expanded with categories such as: Excellent marina project, Excellent symbolic work... In the ESG group (Environment - Society - Governance), the titles include: Sustainable urban area/housing developer; Sustainable commercial developer; Enterprise with outstanding social impact.
Gathering real estate industry leaders
The launch event of the Vietnam PropertyGuru 2026 Real Estate Awards at Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, gathered veterans in the industry to discuss changes in the real estate market.
Along with representatives and judges of the PropertyGuru Asian Real Estate Awards, the event also had the participation of experts including Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai, Head of Marketing Department from Kohler Vietnam - the platinum sponsor of the award; Mr. Gregory Chua, Head of Project Development & Design Management of CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) - the unit that won the Excellent Real Estate Developer award in 2025; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Khanh, General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam - the unit that won the Excellent Community Developer category at the Vietnam PropertyGuru Real Estate Awards in 2025.
