Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company said that in June 2025, many collectives and individuals completed their tasks excellently in the emulation campaign "120 days and nights to complete the production and business plan for the first 6 months of 2025".
Accordingly, in response to the emulation movement of 120 days and nights to complete the production and business plan for the first 6 months of 2025", all officers and employees of the units in the Company must promote a sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, proactively be creative in production, contributing to the completion of many important targets in June, the peak month of the emulation period.
At the end of the June 2025 emulation period, the Company's main targets were achieved as follows: The total excavated soil and rock output reached 5.43 million m3, equal to 129.3% of the plan.
Of which, the output of hydraulic excavators reached 141.5% and electric excavators reached 116.1%. The exploitation capacity reached 238,925 tons, equal to 119.5% of the plan. Self-made transport output reached 110.5% of the plan, revenue reached 76.3%.
Some typical production units and teams continue to affirm their core role in the emulation movement such as: Exploitation 1 and Exploitation 2 Construction sites, comprehensively completing the targets on soil and rock and coal output; grinding machines complete their tasks well. Drilling site, completed exceeding the homemade drilling output (130.9% of the plan).

In order to promptly recognize and encourage outstanding efforts and achievements in the "120 days and nights" emulation movement, the Company's Board of Directors recently directly visited the units to award incentives to outstanding collectives.
Of these, there are 95 main production teams; 37 grinding machines and typical teams; 10 construction sites and workshops with outstanding achievements. The total prize money in this round is 408,500,000 VND. The Company's Trade Union also awarded 21 outstanding production teams, with a total prize money of 26 million VND.
The emulation movement of 120 days and nights is spreading a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the Company, creating a strong motivation for employees to enthusiastically work and produce. It is also known that in the first 6 months of 2025, Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company organized 25 periodic dialogues with workers, contributing to removing difficulties in production, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
The work of caring for life and policies has been fully implemented: giving Tet gifts of 1.5 million VND/person, supporting difficulties with an average of 10 million VND/person, visiting 467 employees with a total amount of over 785 million VND. The "Union Shelter" program has been actively implemented, with 626 survey participants and 31 people registering to build houses in 2025, proposing to support 3 cases in the first phase.
