Raw coal reaches 55% of the plan
According to Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV), Director of the Production Management Center in Quang Ninh Nguyen Huy Nam, in the first 6 months of the year, the Center has implemented strong leadership and direction to operate the Departments and units to focus on human resources and equipment to maximize coal output.
Thanks to that, the processing and consumption work ensures no shortage of coal for electricity production. The results of raw coal exploitation in the first 6 months of the year are expected to reach 20.93 million tons, equal to 55% of the business coordination plan (PHKD), and equal to 53.7% of the growth management plan; coal consumption reached over 50% of thePHKD plan;
Direct the technical and technological work of the mine, most of the main technological targets reach and exceed the annual plan by 50%; direct the implementation of occupational safety and health, environment, reduce occupational accidents and incidents compared to the same period;
Direct mechanical manufacturing units to maintain production rhythm, revenue in the first 6 months of the year for the whole block reached about VND 2,850 billion, equal to 56% of the annual plan and 110% of the same period in 2024. Strengthen the protection of assets, resources, and mine boundaries, ensuring security and order in production.
According to Mr. Nguyen Huy Nam, the Center also closely coordinates with agencies of Quang Ninh province in performing tasks. The specialized departments working at the Center in assigned fields promote their role and responsibility in handling work, solving difficulties, completing tasks, and making important contributions to the overall production results of TKV in the first 6 months of the year.
Maintain production rhythm, promote consumption
Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV), Director of the Production Management Center in Quang Ninh Nguyen Huy Nam emphasized that in the last 6 months of the year, the Center continued to closely follow the actual situation, resolutely in directing operations, maintaining working style, and strictly implementing operational discipline. Maintain working relationships with agencies of Quang Ninh province, coordinate to resolve difficulties and problems of units. Continue to maintain the production rhythm, promote consumption.
At the same time, strengthen inspection of vulnerable locations during the storm season, inspect storm prevention work at units. Regularly coordinate inspection, ensure security and order, protect resources, mine boundaries, protect assets of units in the Group...
For the Production Operations Center building in Quang Ninh, put into operation on January 9, 2025, all staff and specialists are working with an excited, enthusiastic spirit, and pride in working in the new, spacious, modern building. After 6 months of operation and operation, the building has effectively served the work of the Group's leaders when working in Quang Ninh; the work of the Center and the specialized Departments; as well as successfully organized conferences, meetings and events at the Center.
Emphasizing the important role of the Production Management Center in Quang Ninh, General Director of TKV Group Vu Anh Tuan emphasized and requested that officers and specialists working at the Center continue to improve work efficiency, consulting quality, and coordination work, for the common goal of completing the Group's plans and tasks
Mr. Vu Anh Tuan acknowledged and praised the efforts of the staff and experts, the results of the operations in the first 6 months of the year of the Production Management Center in Quang Ninh contributed significantly to the overall results of the Group, which were highly appreciated by the Government and the National Assembly.
At the same time, he requested that cadres and specialists working at the Center continue to improve work efficiency, sense of responsibility, strictly comply with discipline and order; be exemplary, " self- control, self-revision", promote criticism and self-criticism; improve the quality and effectiveness of advisory work, properly implement the policies of the Party, State and Group, and legal regulations; effectively coordinate between professional departments; Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee, TKV Trade Union, Quang Ninh Coal Group to strengthen coordination with the Center for the common goal of completing the Group's plans and tasks.
General Director Vu Anh Tuan also agreed with the Center's proposals to add a Deputy Director of the Production Operations Center in Quang Ninh; equipment meeting rooms for online meetings; facilities to serve the needs of sports training at the Center.
