The Party Committee of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV Group) has just held a Conference to deploy the Conclusion of the Politburo and the Secretariat on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".
Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of TKV Group and Mr. Khuat Manh Thang - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group and Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of TKV Group co-chaired the conference.
In recent times, the Party Committee of the Group has proactively implemented the Central Conclusion in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 18 with many specific solutions. Accordingly, the organizational structure has been reviewed and rearranged in a streamlined and efficient manner; perfecting the organizational model at the parent company and member units; limiting overlapping functions and tasks, along with improving the quality of human resources.
In addition, TKV Group focuses on administrative reform, promoting digital transformation in governance and operation of production and business; enhancing publicity, transparency and control of power in investment, finance and personnel work. The roles and responsibilities of Party committees and heads at all levels are clearly defined, closely linked to regular inspection and supervision work. Thereby, initially creating a positive change in the operation of the entire political system of the Group, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementing political tasks and sustainable development strategies.
According to Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of TKV Group, the implementation of the Conclusion of the Politburo and the Secretariat to continue to concretize Resolution 18 is an important political requirement, aiming to build an increasingly streamlined, effective and efficient organization of the political system in the Group, in line with development requirements in the new situation.
The Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Members of TKV Group suggested that the Party Committee urgently review and evaluate the current organizational model, deploy and develop a project to continue restructuring for the period 2026-2030. At the same time, continue to reasonably reorganize the apparatus, streamline intermediary units; focus on improving the quality of the staff associated with innovating leadership methods and applying digital transformation in governance.
The conference also clearly affirmed the goal of unifying awareness and action in the entire Party Committee of the Group to ensure the implementation of the Conclusion of the Politburo and the Secretariat close to reality, continuing to build a clean, strong Party organization with a streamlined apparatus, effective and efficient operations; meeting the development requirements of TKV Group in the new period.
TKV's revenue in 6 months reached over VND 88,000 billion
In the first 6 months of 2025, TKV Group's main targets were basically achieved and exceeded the plan. The group ensures coal supply for power generation, maintains reserves of nearly 4 million tons at factories, and ensures stable operation. TKV promotes internal resources, maximizes output, manages imports reasonably, meets customers' demand for coal and minerals, and contributes to the country's GDP growth. Revenue in June is estimated at 13.75 trillion VND, accumulated for 6 months reached 88.19 trillion VND.
In July and the third quarter, TKV will boost production, mobilize maximum human resources and equipment, tighten technical and technological management, strive to achieve July revenue of about VND 13.8 trillion.
