Accompanying the local development process, Nam A Bank has implemented the Nam A Bank Hue Building project as a green architectural symbol, contributing to promoting the economic development, tourism and financial services of the city.

Nam A Bank Hue building is planned on a floor area of over 9,000 m2, including 9 floors and 2 basements, expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. The project is oriented to achieve EDGE international green certification, in accordance with ESG (Environment - Society - Governance) criteria, affirming Nam A Bank's commitment to a sustainable development strategy based on two main pillars: "digital" and "green".

Accordingly, the project will meet 3 key criteria on EDGE, including: Energy saving to reduce electricity and fuel consumption during operation; Saving water to reduce water use, optimize water exploitation and reuse efficiency; The material is also used environmentally friendly to reduce the amount of carbon accumulated in construction materials, limit contained energy to reduce emissions to the environment.
In addition, the general contractor and the contractor have carefully researched to choose an architectural design option that harmonizes the cultural identity of the ancient capital and the modern spirit of a centrally-run city that is growing.
The harmonious combination of modern architecture and the identity of the ancient capital, along with the green development orientation, has affirmed Nam A Bank's strategic vision in the journey of developing green banking, associated with the sustainable urbanization process of Hue City in particular and the whole country in general.

The project is located at 2 Hanoi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, and is one of the prime locations in the southern center of Hue City. From here, it is easy to connect with Hue Station, Phu Bai Airport (opposite Hue International General Hospital (expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2025), a large commercial center such as Vincom Plaza with famous cultural and tourism symbols such as Trang Tien Bridge, Dong Ba Market, and Hue Imperial Citadel. When put into operation, the project will be one of the key financial, commercial and service centers, contributing to promoting the economic and tourism development of the locality and neighboring areas.
