The connection will start from December 5, 2024, marking a new step in the bank's digital transformation process; actively contributing to reforming public administrative procedures, promoting the digital economy according to the Government's orientation.
Electronic bid security service is a form in which BIDV receives bid security issuance documents from the National Bidding Network System and issues electronic bid security letters to customers through the connection between the bank and the National Bidding Network System.
Customers only need to access the national bidding network, send a bid guarantee request to the bank and will be quickly handled by BIDV to issue a timely electronic bidding letter through a connection with the national bidding network.
This is considered a superior digital solution that helps customers minimize paperwork and promptly transmit electronic guarantee letters to seize bidding opportunities.
Transactions are made online anytime, anywhere; transaction status is tracked and updated instantly; bringing convenience, saving costs and time for customers. In addition, the system also supports customers to look up transactions and store electronic records easily with high security.
In the initial implementation phase, BIDV issued many preferential fee programs and attractive promotions to encourage customers to switch to the electronic guarantee channel of the National Bidding Network System, optimize benefits for customers and promote sustainable development in bidding activities.
Customers can contact the nearest BIDV branches or BIDV Customer Care Center via hotline 1900 9248 to learn about and use the electronic bid guarantee service via the National Bidding Network System.
