According to statistics, in 2024, the index of the dynamics of Ninh Thuan government will reach 7.41 points - a slight increase compared to the previous year. Of the 9 assessment indicators, 8/9 are criteria for increasing scores and increasing rankings. In particular, the indicator on the government's attitude towards the private sector has had a slight decrease in scores and rankings.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the "one-stop" and "one-stop-shop" system in 100% of communes, wards and towns are considered effective operations, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses in the process of implementing administrative procedures.
The Provincial People's Committee also directed departments and branches to review and evaluate the implementation of PCI and DCCI indices to promptly improve, associated with the responsibility of the head. The team that directly receives and handles difficulties of businesses continues to be maintained and operated effectively, contributing to strengthening businesses' trust in the government.
Continue to improve management quality
Although the results in 2024 are very positive, the provincial government still aims to continue to improve the limited criteria. In particular, the focus is on further improving service attitude, friendly approach and more effective support for businesses - especially at the grassroots level.
The province also directed relevant units to proactively update new legal policies, convey complete information to the business community, and at the same time develop plans to improve the quality of civil servants, improve administrative discipline and increase the effectiveness of inter-sectoral coordination.
With a drastic, flexible and practical action orientation, Ninh Thuan is gradually consolidating its position as a business-friendly destination, contributing to promoting sustainable socio-economic development.
