Named in two award categories of Stevie Awards, ROX Group has affirmed its position as a pioneering Vietnamese corporation in transforming the governance system, creating and accompanying society.

In 2025, Stevie Awards attracted more than 1,000 nominations from 29 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. The jury of more than 120 senior management experts from around the world participated in the assessment and scoring during the months of February and March 2025 to select the best nominations. This year's awards ceremony was held in Seoul, South Korea on May 13, 2025 and welcomed more than 400 business leaders from around the world to attend.
After 29 years of development, ROX Group has shaped the identity of a pioneering enterprise with a philosophy of taking people as the center and committed to sustainable development. From governance innovation, digital transformation to practical CSR programs, the Group has, is and will create favorable values, helping customers and partners improve the quality of life and spread good things in the community.
Affirming leadership position with sustainable innovation strategy
In a volatile business environment, ROX Group takes advantage of multi-industry investment advantages but also faces a complex management problem. The Board of Directors identifies system and resource governance as a foundation for sustainable development, thereby pioneering the application of international standards and investing in technology to standardize processes, increase productivity and effectively exploit data.
The innovation roadmap will be accelerated from 2023, when ROX Group officially starts the comprehensive restructuring process. The goal is not only to preserve and promote the company's nearly three-decade heritage, but also to position the brand according to global standards.
During the transformation process, ROX Group has established a multi-layered brand architecture system for member companies, helping to ensure consistency throughout the group, while still respecting and promoting the unique identity of each brand. The restructuring and standardization of operations has inspired the human resources team, aroused the spirit of innovation and strengthened the Group's long-term development vision.
Putting technology at the center of the operating system, ROX Group has applied ERP, SAP, EDW (Enterprise Data warehouse) and CDP (Customer Data Platform) systems to enhance business intelligence and customer understanding. Along with that, the group deploys a KPI and OKRs system to measure performance based on data.

The Risk Management System 1.5 is also deployed to monitor factors related to people, processes, systems and external impacts. Along with that, it is necessary to review and optimize service level agreements (SLAs), improve work efficiency and improve operational quality.
In addition to the organizational structure, corporate culture is the core foundation in ROX Group's governance methods. Each year, the whole system establishes a common theme of action to ensure consistency and build corporate identity.
ROX Group's efforts to innovate the governance system were highly appreciated by the organizing committee. Experts agreed: "Enterprise restructuring, digital transformation and risk management initiatives demonstrate a comprehensive strategy, balancing operational efficiency, technological advancement and developing corporate culture of ROX Group".
Innovation efforts not only help ROX Group maintain its leading position in a volatile business environment, but also create a solid foundation to improve the quality of products and services. The Group is gradually realizing the vision of building a comprehensive ecosystem, where each product contributes to creating a modern lifestyle, balancing both physically and mentally for customers.
The Gold Award in the category of "Innovation in corporate governance" is a testament to the outstanding achievements that ROX Group has achieved: from standardizing operating systems, developing corporate culture to effectively applying technology and data. That is also the foundation for ROX Group to constantly innovate, continue the journey of creating sustainable value and accompanying customers to live quality in their own way.
Persistent commitment to business with social responsibility
During 29 years of development, ROX Group has always pursued a business philosophy associated with corporate social responsibility (CSR). Through the ROX Share program with two action branches, "Sharing love with you" and "Sharing love", the Group has implemented dozens of projects in many provinces and cities across the country: building schools, giving bicycles, giving scholarships, supporting charity houses, supporting people in flood-affected areas, giving Tet gifts to the poor...
ROX Group regularly organizes gratitude programs such as: caring for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, visiting the families of war invalids and martyrs, giving gifts to former youth volunteers... The humanitarian blood donation activity "Gio Thuong" is also organized periodically, attracting a large number of staff to participate.

Internally, teambuilding activities and collective connections are organized in the spirit of sharing, becoming a "love shuttle station" - where staff and employees voluntarily contribute to give scholarships and bicycles to poor students overcoming difficulties.
Whether it is large-scale programs or small but meaningful actions, ROX Group always encourages and spreads a beautiful lifestyle and a humane spirit to the community.
The Bronze Award for the category "achievements in innovation in corporate social responsibility" is a testament to the practical and persistent contributions that ROX Group has been pursuing for many years.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, Mr. Ta Ngoc Da, Deputy General Director of ROX Group shared: The Stevie Award is a recognition of ROX Group's persistent efforts in constantly innovating the governance system and its contributions to the social community in recent years. This is a source of pride and motivation for us to continue to pursue international standards in the fields: from urban and industrial park development to hotels and resorts, energy, services and operations management, construction, technology and financial investment.
