While working not far from home, Mr. Doi suddenly heard a terrifying thunderstorm announcing a heavy rain, then a "ghost" sound as if the house had collapsed. Feeling worried, Mr. Doi rushed home, and had a terrifying scene in front of him: The two parallel walls, tens of meters long and about 4 meters high, of the neighbor's house, close to his house, had collapsed. Unable to find his wife and children, Mr. Doi and his neighbors removed the collapsed tol roof and found Ms. Hong Nhung lying unconscious under the ground after a tree fell on her, the victim was taken to the district hospital for emergency treatment, then transferred to Ho Chi Minh City Market Farm Hospital due to severe injuries.
People searched for a long time but still could not find Mrs. Le and her 1-year-old grandchild named Lam Duy Khai (son of a fifth daughter). It was not until recently that someone discovered a small hand caught under a collapsed wall in a small yard on the porch. Mrs. Le died in a position of carrying her grandchild to get clothes in the yard when it was about to rain. A flock of hundreds of chickens also suffered the same fate when the roof collapsed.
The couple Vo Thi Cam Nhung - Mr. Vo Van Phuong were working when they received bad news. Their first child was born a year ago, a great happiness, urging them to work hard and accumulate to create their own home in the future. But that happiness collapsed for the young worker couple after the wall collapsed.
