Mr. Le Hoang Anh Dung, Deputy General Director of EVNCPC, said: Not only focusing on households or students, EVNCPC also focuses on coordinating with organizations, agencies, and businesses to ensure the overall effectiveness of the National Program on Energy Saving and Efficient Use for the period 2019 - 2030.
In particular, EVNCPC focuses on propaganda on policies and laws in the field of electricity saving to large electricity consumption manufacturing enterprises; advising customers on applying solutions and models for economical and efficient electricity use; commercial electricity load forecasting program, load shifting, load adjustment (DR).
In 2024 alone, EVNCPC has worked directly and signed a commitment with 297,727 customers in the groups of public administration, public lighting, production, business... to implement the energy saving targets according to Directive 20/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister. The electricity output is committed to saving 327.7 million kWh, thereby demonstrating a high determination in managing the load and using energy responsibly.
In addition, member units in the entire Corporation have actively participated in thematic conferences and seminars on energy saving efficiency, coordinating with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, People's Committees of provinces, and Departments of Industry and Trade of localities to deploy, supervise and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement on energy saving.
Specifically, in 2021, it was at 427.7 million kWh, increasing to 504.1 million kWh in 2023 and by 2024, it will reach 739.7 million kWh, equivalent to 2.92% of commercial electricity.
Along with that, with nearly 297,727 customers signing power saving commitments, it is not only the result of propaganda efforts, but also a testament to the community's companionship with EVNCPC in the journey of sustainable development.

Thereby, EVNCPC will contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the target of saving 5-7% of total national energy consumption as set by the National Program on Energy Efficiency and efficiency for the period 2019 - 2030 - Mr. Le Hoang Anh Dung emphasized.
