EVNCPC's statistics show that from 2020 to present, this enterprise has had a total of more than 1,300 initiatives recognized at the grassroots level, 18 initiatives recognized at the EVN level, contributing significantly to technological innovation and operation management in the entire electricity industry.
Regarding scientific research, 2 EVN-level topics have been accepted with high results, along with 23 grassroots-level topics that have been accepted and recognized. Currently, EVNCPC is implementing 6 tasks/topics at EVN level and 8 tasks/topics at the grassroots level, continuing to promote innovation.
EVNCPC has also won 19 Vifotec awards, including 2 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 9 third prizes and 2 consolation prizes. In addition, there are 2 Make in Vietnam products, 3 products recognized as "Make by EVN", demonstrating proactiveness in developing technology and applying it to the electricity industry. The total value of profits in the past 5 years is nearly 60 billion VND.
To achieve such positive results, in addition to the practical strength of the business, there is another "stimulation", which is the labor emulation movements that are launched throughout and everywhere to activate unre discovered potential.
According to EVNCPC's leaders, over the past 5 years, emulation movements in enterprises have been effectively organized and implemented. EVNCPC continues to improve the emulation and reward team throughout the enterprise, emulation movements are implemented methodically, with clear, specific and practical emulation criteria and content, in which the assessment, ranking and reward are clear and public.
In particular, activities to honor and commend outstanding collectives and individuals... have stimulated and encouraged workers to work and contribute wholeheartedly.
However, to have a basis to accurately assess the efforts and contributions of each unit, this enterprise has divided into 3 emulation blocks including the block of power companies, the block of logistics units and the block of Corporation Boards. Since 2021, EVNCPC has begun to apply the work efficiency assessment system (KPI) into operation.
The use of KPI in the assessment has given accurate and fair results. It is both a driving force for development and one of the effective management measures to promote the production and business movement, contributing to the unit's excellent completion of the tasks assigned by superiors.
In addition to implementing KPI assessment, EVNCPC also launched other emulation movements such as emulation movements to improve the reliability of power supply; preventing incidents at 110kV stations and lines; reducing power losses... bringing high efficiency in production labor.
