Amidst the cycle of modern life, between work pressure and unpredictable challenges, there are quiet but warm stories, there are hands reaching out at the right time, there are open hearts to accompany and share. At Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), those kind things are always present, still quietly touching the hearts of many people.

A large roof, where "Heart" always exists
At SHB, where the word "Heart" is not only a part of corporate culture but also a bond that connects each person, sharing is never a promise, but is always expressed through practical actions.
Not only stopping at human resources policies or a professional working environment, SHB pays special attention to staff who are facing major incidents in life.
Recently, SHB has implemented a special support policy for long-time staff who are unfortunately suffering from serious illnesses. The subsidy leave period is up to 12 months, helping them feel secure in their treatment, reducing their financial burden and having more motivation to overcome adversity. This is not only a welfare policy but also a strong affirmation: SHB does not leave anyone behind.
For SHB, each employee is not only the link to operate the organization but also the person with the family, the worries, the dreams. Therefore, over the past 32 years, this bank has always strived to build a working environment not only professional but also full of cohesion and love.
From programs to thank long-time employees, outstanding individual and collective activities, to simple but profound actions like the tradition of the Lunar New Year - SHB's Board of Directors visits elderly mothers of employees every Tet holiday. Those things make a very different SHB, an organization that puts people first.
At the " steadfastly entering the new era" Cultural Festival held at My Dinh Stadium on March 15, the parade to commend the force is not only an affirmation of SHB's strength and stature, but also a vivid picture of solidarity and solidarity.
In particular, the Family Rear Bloc, which appeared last in the parade, demonstrated the Bank's deep respect for the relatives of employees. If SHB is a big family that grows, that strength comes from every small home - where there are loved ones who always follow, support and add motivation.
Stories that touch the heart
There are moments in life that make us realize that, in the most difficult times, just a hand, a sincere sharing, can change an entire journey.
During the Covid-19 period, the family of Ms. Trinh Thi H (Ha Nam) was completely disrupted when her husband - the breadwinner of the family - also a SHB driver passed away from a stroke. The mother of two was at that time facing a great deal of pain.
She did not know how to meet her husband for the last time because Hanoi and the northern provinces are taking social quarantine. She also had concerns, not knowing what the future would be like when the whole family only relied on the salary of 6 million VND/month.
In that seemingly desperate moment, SHB was always by Ms. H's side. The bank tried every way to help, encourage, and support the family both materially and spiritually.
"The bank gave my child's parents a savings book. Without that amount of money, I would not be able to raise my two children if I worked. In the future, I will try to raise my child to study well and always be grateful to everyone, Ms. H could not hold back her tears when sharing about SHB's timely support. More than financial support, it is the Bank's heart and sharing with employees and their families in the most difficult times.

Ms. Pham Thi M, an officer of SHB Business Center, whose son unfortunately had a serious accident, was assessed to be 49% disabled. During that difficult time, SHB not only supported treatment costs but her colleagues also donated and shared with Ms. M's family. It was not just a colleague's love, but a family bond in a big family.
In the case of Mr. Cu Thanh T's family (Hung Yen), after his death, the family still had to endure pressure every month about previous loans and living expenses, raising two children of school age. Understanding the family's situation, SHB representatives directly visited, encouraged and presented support money from the Love Sharing Fund, SHB Hung Yen Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the Bank.
SHB's Heart has touched many staff and families, reaching out to those in difficult circumstances. Such stories do not stop at financial support, but are also a symbol of concern, respect and sharing between people.
The Bank of kindness - a place where love is spread every day
SHB is not only a place to work, but also a place to bond, to accompany and to overcome the most difficult stages of life together. When an employee is in trouble, SHB is always present, not only with the care of the leaders, but also with the love and cooperation of the whole team.
At SHB, Heart is not a slogan, but the root of all actions. That value has been, is and will continue to spread and permeate each SHB person, so that as each day passes, love is still nurtured and kindness is still multiplied. At SHB, no one is left behind only solidarity, companionship and moving forward together.
