Realizing the development orientation of the new generation high-tech industrial park
The ceremony was attended by leaders of Hung Yen province, leaders of Tan A Dai Thanh Group, MEYGROUP, and partners, investors and press agencies. The pressing ceremony was held, officially kicking off the construction and business investment project of Industrial Park No. 15 - Hung Yen (MEYINPARK Hung Yen). The project has a scale of about 199 hectares with a total estimated investment of 2,842 billion VND.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Dang Quang Minh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan A Dai Thanh Group Real Estate Joint Stock Company - MEYLAND (MEYGROUP) - emphasized: "We are committed to implementing the project in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress, quality, safety and environmental friendliness; thereby contributing to attracting more investment projects, creating more jobs and promoting industrial development of Hung Yen province".
Oriented towards the high-tech industrial park model, MEYINPARK Hung Yen focuses on building a Safe - Optimal - Efficiency production infrastructure. The project integrates synchronous technical infrastructure, support services and utility systems serving experts and workers, creating conditions for businesses to operate stably in the long term.
According to MEYGROUP's development orientation, the project applies the PURE ECOSYSTEM model - a pure industrial ecosystem with four core values: Accuracy, Urban Civilization, Sustainability and Adaptability, Efficiency. The model aims to create a synchronous production environment, accompanying businesses from the process of establishing facilities, operating to expanding operations.
At the ceremony, Tan A Dai Thanh Group also donated a total of 60 water purifiers to the Social Security Fund of Nguyen Trai and An Thi communes, Hung Yen province.
From more than 30 years of production to a new step in industrial real estate

The utility system includes an operating house, a commercial - service area, accommodation space for experts and a green park, contributing to creating a convenient and harmonious working environment for workers.
The environmental factor is calculated from the planning stage, with nearly 20 hectares for green trees, parks and ecological corridors, along with energy-saving solutions. The project is oriented to attract high-tech, electronics, mechanical engineering - manufacturing, supporting industries, logistics and clean manufacturing industries.
From this groundbreaking milestone, MEYINPARK Hung Yen is expected to become a new link in the process of improving the production capacity of Hung Yen province and the Northern economic region. The industrial park will contribute to attracting quality capital flows, creating more jobs, expanding industrial links and increasing competitiveness for businesses in the global supply chain.
