Notice on the establishment and operation of CEP Microfinance Institution - Go Cong Branch

    CEP officially established Go Cong Branch in Dong Thap, going into operation from August 1, 2026 to provide financial support for poor workers to create jobs themselves.

    Based on Circular No. 19/2025/TT-NHNN dated July 31, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam stipulating the operating network of microfinance institutions and amended and supplemented documents.

    Based on Official Dispatch No. 2202/KV13-QLGS2 dated July 22, 2026 of the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch Area 13, confirming the meeting of the requirements for the opening of operations of CEP Microfinance Institution - Go Cong Branch.

    CEP Microfinance Organization respectfully announces the establishment and operation of CEP Microfinance Organization - Go Cong Branch as follows:

    - Official letter approving the establishment No. 4942/NHNN-QLGS dated June 10, 2026 of the State Bank of Vietnam on approving the establishment of Go Cong branch of CEP Microfinance Institution.

    - Full name in Vietnamese: One-member limited liability microfinance organization for poor workers to create jobs - Go Cong Branch.

    - Vietnamese abbreviation: CEP Microfinance Institution - Go Cong Branch.

    - Full name in English: Capital Aid For Employment Of The Poor Microfinance Institution – Go Cong Branch.

    - Branch headquarters location: No. 187 Nguyen Trai, Long Thuan ward, Dong Thap province.

    - Opening date of operation: August 1, 2026.
