These are all projects with investment scale of tens to hundreds of thousands of billions of VND, requiring technical standards and progress to be among the highest in the market today.

The increasing scale of projects leads to increasingly strict requirements on progress management, quality control, technical standards and personnel organization. In the context of the construction industry entering a more fierce competitive cycle, enforcement capacity and operating discipline become decisive factors in the position of each general contractor.

VinCons leaders frankly acknowledge that past achievements do not guarantee success for the future if the system does not automatically upgrade standards from today. The message "no one is allowed to be satisfied with the current limit" is therefore not only encouraging, but also a vital requirement for the entire team in the new development stage.

If previously, construction was seen as purely construction activities, now it is placed in a larger mission: to build development infrastructure and leave lasting values for future generations. In the new context, VinCons identifies the enterprise as one of the forces with a long-term impact on the face of Vietnam's infrastructure in the new period.

Recruiting more than 100,000 personnel, preparing resources for the long term

In parallel with standardizing internal discipline, VinCons also announced a large-scale recruitment plan nationwide. Positions include project management staff, specialized engineers, construction supervisors and technical workers.

The income ranges from 14 to 41 million VND/month depending on the position and skills, not including bonuses according to progress and project efficiency. Payment policies are implemented periodically, along with attractive welfare regimes, such as arranging accommodation with air conditioning at the construction site, providing three meals to ensure nutrition daily, paying all types of insurance according to regulations and providing free training for unskilled workers and workers who need to improve their skills.
