From temporary jobs to a career
At the age of 22, Nguyen Van Hung (Phu Tho) left his hometown to find a job after graduating from high school. Without a license and experience, he once considered going to an industrial park, working part-time or running a technology "motorbike taxi". After getting to know each other, Hung chose to try a security job.
Unlike Hung's initial imagination of a job mainly standing guard, this position in buildings, urban areas, factories or commercial centers requires workers to know how to control, observe, communicate and even handle situations flexibly.
For people without expertise like Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, these skills can be learned during the working process, with the opportunity to both learn and work and gradually improve. This is also the difference between a temporary job and a job with the potential to become a profession.
Hung's choice reflects the needs of a group of young workers facing the problem of finding jobs but not having expertise. According to the Statistics Office, in the second quarter of 2026, about 1.4 million young people aged 15-24 in Vietnam are unemployed, do not participate in study or training, accounting for 10% of the total number of young people. This rate in rural areas is 11.5%.
Not only young people need an "entrance" to the labor market. In older age groups, the need may be to find a new job without having to start over completely.
At 40 years old, Mr. Tan (Thanh Hoa) used to work in the service sector before finding a new direction. Instead of just looking for a job that generates immediate income, he prioritized a stable environment and a clear regime. Experience in communicating, working with customers and handling situations from his old job became an advantage when he switched to security work.
For both those who do not have a job and those who are transferring jobs, a job with moderate entry barriers, trained and with clear policies may not only solve immediate income needs but also create opportunities to accumulate experience for the next stage.
Job model with open entry requirements
Security work is present in many types such as buildings, urban areas, banks, industrial parks, events... However, to turn a general job into a career, an important factor lies in the way businesses organize work, train and policies for employees.
Nhat Viet Security JSC is an example. This is a professional security service provider for banks, industrial parks, apartments, shopping centers, hospitals, schools, hotels, events, individuals... across the country. The enterprise currently has more than 3,000 employees, serving more than 200 customers, including partners such as MSB, FamilyMart, TNEX...

As a member of ROX Key - a service ecosystem belonging to ROX Group, Nhat Viet has an additional foundation in management, operation and resources from an ecosystem with a revenue scale of over 1,000 billion VND. Meanwhile, 19 years of operation in the security sector helps businesses accumulate deployment experience in many types of targets. With a wide customer network and operating area, Nhat Viet has a need to recruit personnel in many positions nationwide.
According to recruitment information, candidates from 18 to 55 years old only need a citizen ID card, and do not necessarily have professional experience. Businesses recruit directly, without intermediaries and without recruitment fees. These are conditions to help reduce some common barriers for newcomers to the labor market or those looking for jobs after changing careers.
Besides job opportunities, policies for employees are also factors to consider their ability to stick. Nhat Viet said that employees are entitled to social insurance and health insurance according to regulations, have free accommodation, and seniority salary increase policies. The enterprise also made a commitment not to delay salaries.
For job seekers online, this information is more meaningful than an advertised income figure. A verified job opportunity needs to let candidates know who recruits, what job they are doing, where, what requirements, whether it is paid or not, and what accompanying benefits.
In the context that many young people do not have a job, as well as a part of workers need to change jobs in middle age, jobs with moderate input requirements but well-organized can create an additional option to join or return to the labor market.
Workers can learn about the position, job requirements and how to apply at Nhat Viet's official recruitment channel.
