TKV and EVN coordinate to ensure coal supply for Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant

Chairman of TKV Group worked with Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) on coal supply for Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant.

Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV) said on August 25 that in Lam Dong province, a working delegation of TKV Group led by Party Secretary and Chairman of the Member Council Ngo Hoang Ngan worked with Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) on coal supply for Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant.

Participating in the TKV delegation were Member of the Member Council Tran Van Cu; Deputy General Director of the Group Tran Hai Binh; leaders of the Coal Business Department, the Group Office and Vinacomin Coal Import-Export Joint Stock Company. On EVN's side, there were Party Secretary, Chairman of the Member Council Dang Hoang An and representatives of related units.

At the working program, leaders of the two Groups exchanged contents related to the supply of coal to serve the operation of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant; reviewed the implementation situation and issues raised in the coordination process between units.

On that basis, the two sides focused on discussing solutions to improve the efficiency of coordination in the supply and receipt of coal, ensuring fuel sources to serve the power production activities of the plant.
