On July 23, at the National Conference to show gratitude to people with meritorious services to the revolution in 2026 and launching a movement to promote care for people with meritorious services to the revolution, Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV) donated 20 billion VND to accompany the Government and the whole society in implementing gratitude work, towards the 80th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2027).
In the presence of Party and State leaders and national delegates, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of TKV Group, representing the collective of officials, workers, and employees of TKV, presented a donation of 20 billion VND to the program representative.
This is one of the major contributing resources from the national business community right at the launching ceremony, demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility and the spirit of preserving and promoting the tradition of "When drinking water, remember the source" of the Vietnamese coal - mineral industry workers. This is also the feelings and deep gratitude of TKV officials, workers, and laborers sent to previous generations who sacrificed their blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
The 20 billion VND support fund from TKV, together with the State budget and the National Gratitude Fund, will focus on implementing practical gratitude activities. In which, the focus is on the program of building and repairing 3,600 houses for children of people who participated in the resistance war and were infected with chemical toxins, supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, repairing martyrs' memorial works, and supporting the search and identification of martyrs' remains in the "Operation 500 Days and Nights" peak period.
The timely cooperation of TKV and the business community nationwide has contributed to creating a strong spread, determination with the entire political system to fully fulfill responsibilities and affection for those who have contributed to the revolution.
