The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just held the first "Dynamic, Creative, Responsible Female Union Members" Award Ceremony and summarized and rewarded the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at home work" among female union members and workers in the period of 2020-2025.
Representative of Agribank, comrade Phung Thi Binh - Deputy General Director - was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Attending and speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh emphasized that in today's work of building and defending the Fatherland, Vietnamese women are increasingly developing in all aspects, affirming their role, position and making great contributions in many fields. Those great contributions are an important driving force, contributing to the country overcoming countless difficulties, fluctuations and challenges to achieve comprehensive and proud achievements.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh praised the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Trade Unions at all levels for their many initiatives and continuous efforts in participating in solving urgent problems of workers, especially women. The emulation movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" has increasingly attracted the active participation of Vietnamese women over more than three decades, becoming a strong driving force to arouse great potential for female union members and workers.
According to the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, our country is entering an era of growth, prosperity, prosperity, civilization, and happiness with the aspiration to build a strong and prosperous country. This great mission requires consensus and determination higher than ever and in which the role and potential of women must be liberated and maximized.
The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister requested Party committees, authorities, ministries and branches to consider women's work and gender equality as a core and continuous political task; resolutely eliminate all barriers and gender discrimination, ensure a truly equal environment; continue to perfect the legal framework, better protect the legitimate rights of female workers, especially in the informal sector. Trade unions at all levels must strongly innovate, put women's work and women's progress at the center, identifying this as the highest responsibility of the heads of trade union organizations.
For each female union member and worker, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh hopes that women will continue to promote the glorious and resilient tradition; always nurture great aspirations, dare to think, dare to do, dare to contribute to the Fatherland and family.
Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang stated that in recent years, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has always paid attention to recognizing and promoting the role of female workers, civil servants, and laborers, maintaining and developing emulation movements, typically the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female workers, civil servants, and laborers. Through each stage, the movement has always been focused on by the Trade Union organization towards the grassroots, encouraging female union members and workers to overcome difficulties and complete assigned tasks well.
With collectives and individuals being commended in the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" in the period of 2020-2025, they are also the most outstanding collectives and individuals who have promoted the talent and creativity of female union members, actively contributing, enthusiastically contributing, and intellectually contributing to the development of agencies, units, and enterprises. In addition to professional work, they also excelled in organizing family life, taking good care of their children, and actively participating in women's work and community movements.
