On January 13, 2024, the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Hanoi branch issued Decision No. 43/QD.HAN-TTGS2 on approving amendments and supplements to the License to open the Representative Office of Busan Bank in Hanoi.
Accordingly, Busan Bank Limited - VPDD in Hanoi (address: P309, East Building, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi) was approved to change its name as follows:
- Vietnamese name: Busan Bank Representative Office in Hanoi
- English name: Relaterative Office of Busan Bank Co., Ltd. Hanoi
This Decision is an integral part of the Representative Office Opening License No. 110/GP-NHNN dated May 24, 2011 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to Busan Bank Limited.
