Similarly, Ms. Do Mai Anh (Vinh Thanh commune, Hanoi) said that last month, she bought 5 taels of silver and also had to wait until April 2026 to receive the goods. Now she continues to return to buy more.
On December 26, 2025, I bought 5 taels of silver, the store arranged to come to pick it up in April 2026 due to overload of orders. Today, I continued to order an additional 1kg of silver, the store announced that it would be returned in May 2026. Because I bought silver as a savings asset, I still left the appointment slip there, without causing any impact" - Ms. Mai Anh said.
