Which bank should you deposit 300 million in to receive the most interest for a 2-month term?
For the 2-month deposit term, the highest bank interest rate among surveyed banks is 4%. You can choose to deposit at NCB Bank, SCB Bank, Kien Long Bank... The interest received will be calculated according to the formula: Interest x deposit interest rate/12 x 2 months.
For example, you deposit 300 million in NCB Bank, with an interest rate of 4%. So the interest you receive is: 300 million x 4%/12x2 = 2 million VND.
In addition to the above deposit term, you can also refer to the 6-month deposit term to receive higher interest.
6-month term interest rate is higher than 2-month term, with deposit interest rate up to 6.5%, at NCB Bank. Or VPBank is 6.1%; Oceanbank is 6.2%.
