The decline in Bitcoin and the digital market comes at the same time as the public cracks between Elon Musk and President Trump.
Many analysts believe that investors are now realizing that Bitcoin's fluctuations are not limited to on-chain indices or macroeconomic indices. Conflicts between billionaires and legislative threats could also strongly stimulate volatility.
The incident began when Musk publicly criticized Trump's $1.6 trillion "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" bill. Musk has accused the bill of raising the national deficit and cutting key electric vehicle subsidies, directly affecting Tesla.
In response, Trump threatened to cut all federal contracts with Musk's companies including Tesla, SpaceX and Starlink that prompted Teslas stock price to fall 15%.
Musk later responded by calling for Trump's impeachment, pointing to Trump's alleged links to un disclosed Epstein documents.
Meanwhile, many sources have confirmed that top White House advisers have held emergency meetings today to assess potential economic impacts.
The consequences of the Musk-Trump conflict reflect the growing attachment of the cryptocurrency market to global politics and traditional finance.
Note: In Vietnam, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not recognized as legal payment vehicles and are not protected by law. Investors need to be cautious, avoiding risks from strong price fluctuations and fraud related to cryptocurrency.
