Launching 10 more grassroots unions

    The Ha Long City Labor Federation has just held a conference to launch the grassroots union and sign a collective labor agreement.

    At the conference, the leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and the City Federation of Labor presented decisions to establish grassroots unions to 10 non-state enterprises and pinned badges on 10 newly admitted union members (representing 455 union members). At the same time, the conference also witnessed the employers of 9 enterprises and the grassroots unions signing collective labor agreements with more favorable terms than the labor law. Currently, the Ha Long Federation of Labor has established 29/30 grassroots unions (reaching 97% of the plan).
