Here, the trainees were trained by representatives of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor on two topics: Content, methods, and skills of grassroots trade union officials in inspecting and supervising grassroots trade union activities; disseminating the Trade Union Law and the content, methods, and skills of grassroots trade union officials. Through the training, the aim is to help trade union officials and trade union inspection committee officials have the skills to perform their tasks well according to the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and improve the effectiveness of trade union inspection work in implementing the inspection and supervision process, implementing the settlement and participating with competent agencies in resolving complaints and denunciations, contributing to ensuring the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; building a team of trade union officials at all levels who are knowledgeable, dynamic, creative, courageous, dedicated, and prestigious among workers.
