Attending the conference were Mr. Le Minh Hung - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee and Mr. Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
At the conference, Mr. Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's Decision approving Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Presenting the decision and congratulating flowers, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Head of the Central Organizing Committee affirmed: Mr. Tran Huy Tuan received basic training, grew up from the grassroots, experienced many positions with scientific working methods, dared to think, dared to do, dared to take responsibility and completed all tasks well, contributing positively to the development of Yen Bai province.
The Head of the Central Organizing Committee hopes that in his new position, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee, will continue to unite in leading and directing the highest achievement of the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 19th Yen Bai Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Mr. Tran Huy Tuan was born in 1974, hometown: Van Yen district, Yen Bai province.
Professional qualifications: Hydraulic engineer; Bachelor of political economy; Master of natural resources and environmental economics.
Mr. Tran Huy Tuan used to work at the Irrigation Sub-Department of Yen Bai province; Yen Bai Irrigation Works Management Board; Yen Bai Irrigation Works Investment and Construction Project Management Board; Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Yen Bai province.
From December 2011 to September 2015: Chief of Office of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee.
From September 2015 to September 2019: Secretary of Van Yen District Party Committee, Chairman of Van Yen District People's Council, term XVII.
From October 2019 to September 2020: Member of the Standing Committee of the 18th Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
From October 2020 to November 6, 2024, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province, term 2016-2021.
