The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

Article 10 of the 2015 Law on Military Service stipulates the following prohibited acts:

1. Avoiding military service.

2. Opposing or obstructing the performance of military service.

3. Fraud in medical examination for military service.

4. Taking advantage of position and power to violate regulations on military service.

5. Using non-commissioned officers and soldiers in violation of the law.

6. Violating the body and health; insulting the honor and dignity of non-commissioned officers and soldiers.

Thus, the prohibited acts with military service are stipulated as above.
