Who are the certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training awarded to?

a) Having typical and excellent achievements evaluated when summarizing and summarizing emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister; or in performing political tasks assigned by the Party, National Assembly, Government, and Prime Minister in a period of 03 years or more with scope of influence and setting an example, spreading in the Education sector; or having typical and excellent achievements evaluated annually, summarizing and summarizing emulation movements launched by the Minister of Education and Training; or in performing tasks assigned by the Minister of Education and Training in a period of 05 years or more with scope of influence and setting an example, spreading in the Education sector. b) Achieving many outstanding achievements or outstanding achievements, with a scope of influence in one of the fields under the state management of the Ministry of Education and Training or a particularly outstanding level when bravely saving people and property of the People and the State, preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, enemy attacks, epidemics, fighting against negative acts, violations of the law and social evils, having the effect of setting an example and being recognized by units and localities;

c) Have made many particularly outstanding contributions to the cause of education and training development, with great social significance, practical and effective support for the Education sector, and have been certified and requested by the beneficiary unit;

d) Having worked at the unit for 08 years or more for individuals not holding leadership or management positions or 05 years or more for individuals holding leadership or management positions. During that time, having many outstanding achievements, contributing to the development of agencies and units and having prestige in terms of expertise, widespread influence in the industry, field or provincial level; having 05 consecutive years before the time of proposal to be recognized as completing tasks well or better, during that time having at least 02 times being recognized as completing tasks excellently. Individuals are proposed for consideration for award on the occasion of agencies and units organizing activities to celebrate the anniversary of establishment, traditional day (round year).

đ) Individuals working at units under the Ministry, units directly under the Ministry who have been continuously awarded the title "Grassroots Emulation Soldier" 02 times or have been continuously recognized for excellent completion of tasks for 02 years or more, during which time there are 02 initiatives recognized and effectively applied within the grassroots scope or there are 02 scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works, scientific and technological projects that have been accepted and effectively applied within the grassroots scope;

e) Having outstanding achievements according to the regulations and rules of exams, contests, competitions, and sports festivals organized by the Ministry of Education and Training;

g) Typical teachers according to the Selection Regulations prescribed by the Minister of Education and Training.
