A reader who is a teacher at Hoa Po Lang kindergarten, Village 20, Cu Bong, Ea Kar, Dak Lak said, based on Decision 582/QD-TTg dated April 28, 2017 approving the list of extremely difficult villages. However, recently, we received official dispatch No. 2906/BNV-TL dated June 1, 2023 from the Ministry of Home Affairs responding to the issue of regional allowances at the place where we work, waiting for salary reform. After more than 10 years, why haven't we been paid back the money we should be entitled to?
In July 2024, the base salary increase was implemented without salary reform according to Resolution 27. So we ask, when will we be able to enjoy the correct regional allowance regime that the staff, civil servants, Our officials have been disadvantaged for more than 10 years?
