Article 14, Section 2, Decree 363/2025/ND-CP Regulating policies to attract and value talents for the Vietnam People's Army (effective from December 31, 2025), stipulates salary and bonus policies as follows:
1. Salary policy
Monthly salary according to labor contract based on the nature, requirements of tasks, fields, work efficiency and corresponding salary level in the labor market to agree on specific salary levels in the contract.
2. Bonus policy
a) Annually, based on evaluating the results of performing assigned tasks, the Minister of National Defense decides the maximum bonus level equal to 05 months of salary recorded in the labor contract;
b) The Minister of National Defense decides the specific reward level for each individual to ensure commensurate with the nature, complexity, and effectiveness of the assigned tasks from the benefits of scientific works, inventions, and special solutions in some important and strategic fields.
Thus, from November 31, 2025, the salary and bonus policies for recruiters to sign labor contracts to perform important and strategic tasks of the Vietnam People's Army are stipulated as above.
