Working during Tet is paid 400% of salary if receiving daily salary

Clause 1, Article 98 of the 2019 Labor Code stipulates as follows:

Overtime workers are paid according to the unit price of salary or the actual salary paid according to the work they are doing as follows:

a) On weekdays, at least 150%

b) On weekly holidays, at least equal to 200%;

c) On holidays, Tet holidays, paid holidays, at least equal to 300% excluding the salary on holidays, Tet holidays, paid holidays for employees receiving daily wages.

Thus, for workers receiving daily wages who go to work during Tet holidays, they are paid at least 400% of the salary of that working day.
