Article 2, Resolution 18/2025/NQ-HDND of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council stipulates the fees and collection levels, the collection management mechanism for services serving and supporting educational activities of public educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025-2026 school year, stipulating the list of fees and collection levels as follows:
1. List of fees and fees for services serving and supporting educational activities for public preschools and general education institutions: According to the Appendix attached to this Resolution.
2. Fees and fees for continuing education institutions, vocational education institutions - continuing education institutions and other public educational institutions implementing general education programs: Apply the fees for services serving and supporting educational activities equivalent to the fees of public general education institutions at the same level in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the Appendix attached to Resolution 18/2025/NQ-HDND, the collection rate for classes that need to use them but do not have air conditioners, and have to rent them out is as follows:
Collections for group 1 (children, students, trainees studying at educational institutions in the ward):
Preschool children: 110,000 VND/student/month
Primary school children: 110,000 VND/student/month
High school students: 95,000 VND/student/month
High school students: 95,000 VND/student/month
The collection rate for group 2 (children, students, trainees studying at educational institutions in communes and special zones.
Preschool children: 100,000 VND/student/month
Primary school children: 100,000 VND/student/month
High school students: 90,000 VND/student/month
High school students: 90,000 VND/student/month
Thus, the tuition fee for students studying in class at public educational institutions who need to use them but do not have air conditioners and have to rent them in the 2025 - 2026 school year in Ho Chi Minh City is regulated as above.
